LAACT 25
N2 - ul. Niemcewicza 2 , Wrocław
LAACT 25 is the latest edition of the Light as a Creative Tool project, which has been running at our Academy since 2020.
The organizers - the Department of Media Art and the Department of Set Design , along with dr. hab. Robert Sochacki and noks collective - invite participants to this year’s program, centered around post-anthropocentric perspectives in philosophy and art. LAACT 25 will offer an opportunity to immerse in encounters, explore contemporary relationships, and collectively search for visual, sonic, and more-than-human ecosystems. The project encourages multidimensional thinking and collaboration through its conference and workshop sessions, as well as extensive activities and discussions within the broader accompanying program.
The project runs from April 23 to May 31, 2025, at N2 building at Niemcewicza 2 in Wrocław.
LAACT 25 represents Wrocław’s Academy of Fine Arts in the cultural events program of Poland’s presidency in the Council of the European Union.
Project is realized thanks to an art grants program: Mega Grant ASP Wroclaw.
Important: Detailed information regarding events, lectures, and workshops is provided exclusively in English, as it is the official language of the project. However, certain accompanying events - aside from the conference and workshops - will be conducted in Polish.
