The online auction on artinfo.pl will end on 23 October at 19:00.
In expressing their position as citizens and their political resistance to the prevailing political situation, thousands of residents of Belarus were detained and suffered physical and psychological injuries from the Lukashenko regime. Countless others lost their jobs and sources of income, and many people have required psychological and medical help.
In solidarity, we decided to organize a charitable art auction that will take place in the virtual space, in cooperation with the portal artinfo.pl. All collected funds will be transferred to the account of the Belarusian Youth Hub Association (registered in Poland), which is part of the Center of Belarusian Solidarity, and which will distribute funds to such initiatives as BY_Help and BYSOL. The money collected from this auction will support the medical services and help people injured in peaceful protests, including striking workers who were made redundant for political reasons, thus enabling them to pay penalties, and escape persecution by the Lukashenko regime.
