Aleksandra Janik (1971), graphic artist, curator, head of the Studio of Digital and Experimental Printing at the Faculty of Graphic and Media Art, the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, Poland. Area of artistic and research interests: transgressions printmaking–photography.

Print-media and photo-media in contemporary art.

Interdisciplinary research and innovative art projects within traditional and emerging print and photo media; attempts to present a new classification and re-definition of printmaking and photography; hybrid printmaking, post-digital printmaking, transgression printmaking–photography; installation-based, object-oriented, performative printmaking and photography; formal experiments within digital printing on alternative substrates and commercial printing technology; adapting and searching for new techniques and solutions.
