A student or a doctoral student who is temporarily in a difficult life situation, may receive assistance from the Academy's scholarship fund.
In particular, the basis for applying for support may be the loss of income source by the applicant, his/her spouse or his/her parent, as long as the applicant is a dependant of that parent. The loss of the source of income by a student or a member of his/her family must be caused by restrictions in the functioning of employers related to an epidemic risk situation.
The applicant has to document the above mentioned situation and prove that it caused a temporary life situation causing costly and short-lived difficulties in studying. It is also necessary to provide documents to assess the applicant's financial situation in order to determine the amount of the aid.
An analogous support is available to doctoral students who started their doctoral studies before the academic year 2019/2020.
Due to the current epidemic threat, please submit all applications by ELECTRONIC Way in the form of Scans to ada@asp.wroc.pl, and PhD students to m.lukasik@asp.wroc.pl.
We invite you to submit applications (as indicated above) and please remember to attach to your application appropriate documents (scans), confirming your difficult life situation.
The application for a one-time grant is attached as Appendix 7 to the Regulations of benefits for students and doctoral students of the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław.
