due to process of computerisation at the University, we implement an electronic system of academic achievements administration.
In the winter session 2018/2019 you do not receive examination sheet (grade card). Your grades will be entered by the lecturers into the electronic ACADEMUS system.
In order to check which grade you have obtained, you must set up a student account - in the system, in accordance with the instructions below:

After completing the data, the student will receive an e-mail message with an activation link - ATTENTION! The link is valid only 7 days.
After clicking the link, the activation account is created and the student can log in at https://aspwroc.akademus.pl/
Within a few days, the system will allow you to download your photo to your account, which is encouraged. It will be visible to you, the lecturers and to the employees of the Department of Study Organization (dean's office/ International Relations Office). Please, keep in mind that the photo must correspond to the form of the photograph for official documents (we will use them, for example, to create a duplicate ID card). Our system is not a social network but will ultimately serve you for ongoing communication with the dean's office (IRO), lecturer and in the future with other university departments.
ATTENTION!- Keep in mind that you need to get the credits/ grades to your student's record book (INDEKS).
