The Bente Kahan Foundation is recruiting participants for the "Yiddish between Norway and Poland" workshop inspired by Yiddish culture and tradition
The workshop is addressed to artists working both in one specific art form and those working in a combination of various disciplines of art. The workshop will be held in English by Yoav Rossano along with two mentors, Mira Aleksiun and Lev Stern.

In addition, the finished projects will be presented at two exhibitions in the summer of 2015 at the White Stork Synagogue in Wrocław at the end of the workshop on Sunday, 9 August and in the Centre for the Study of the Holocaust and Religious Minorities (HL Senterest) in Oslo on August 27th.
The Bente Kahan Foundation will provide the following for workshop participants:
- Accommodation – single rooms for each artist in a hostel
- Meals during the workshop
- Materials necessary to create the work
- Technical assistants
- Transport to Wroclaw, Poland for the Norwegian participants
- Transport of the works to the Centre in Norway for the exhibition
