Lecturers and students research trip to The Venice Biennale of Conteporary Art
Lecturers and students from our Academy took part in the research trip to Italy on 3rd-8th November. The main point we were waiting for was visiting The Venice Biennale of Conteporary Art, which was divided in three parts: exhibitions in Giardini, Arsenal and collateral events which took place all around the city. We had a splendid possibility to watch memorable and impressive performing arts, installations and other manifestations of contemporary art.
The last day was dedicated to sightseeing around the historical parts of Venice, including St Mark's Basilica, Santa Maria Della Salute's Basilica, Guggenheim Museum and Igor Mitoraj exhibition. We also went to the ancient city Aquileia during travelling through Italy to Venice.
