HERITAGE / TRANSITION / VALUES
8th Leadership Symposium has been successfully held at Poznan's University of Art. The Symposium was organized by The European League of institutes of The Arts (ELIA) and took place from Nov 29 to Dec 01, 2017. Among 80 participants, there were rectors and representatives of artistic universities from Europe and the world. The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art in Wroclaw, has been represented by PhD Aleksandra Janik, The Vice-rectos for Arts, Research and Foreign Cooperation.
The theme of this year's edition was: Heritage/Transitions/Values, which fits in the framework of the current discussion on the role, meaning and the future of higher art education in Europe, in particular, the upcoming changes in the Polish higher education system.
